Do I need to sign a contract?
No. There are no contracts, so there are no obligations to you! You can use our services as little or as often as you like.


Do I need to provide supplies or equipment?
We have our own supplies. However, if you prefer that we use your own products please let us know in advance.


What do I need to do to prepare for a cleaning?
Removing general clutter ensures that we're actually cleaning your rooms rather than shuffling items around. When we clean we replace items as we clean under and around them so nothing seems out of place when you return to your home. A cluttered room hinders this process and slows our progress significantly. We do not reorganize rooms -- we clean them so your home's beauty shines through!

Also, on residential cleanings we change bed linens. If you want this service, please strip your bed down and place clean bedding in plain sight so we can remake your beds.


Do I need to provide a key?
If you will be unavailable during the time of cleaning, we will need a means of entry. Most clients provide a spare key or leave a key hidden in a prearranged place.


Do I need to be home when you arrive?
No. Part of the beauty of a cleaning service is that you can go to work or shopping and come home to a sparkling clean house! If you cannot be home, simply provide us with a means of entry and we'll do the rest.


What about pets? Should they be secured?
We are very pet friendly. However, enthusiastic or aggressive pets should be secured so our work can progress unencumbered. Please let us know in advance if you have cats or dogs, and use your judgement about securing them while we're working in your home.


How can I know I can trust you?
We're a family owned and operated, drug-free cleaning service that prides ourselves on being staffed with honest and trustworthy individuals. Each of our employees have 100% clean backgrounds and a strong sense of morality. We are also bonded and insured, as well as rigorously trained before anyone steps inside a client's home, business, or rental property. 


What if something becomes damaged?
While we'll be taking the utmost care in your home or property, sometimes accidents happen. Please let us know immediately if you notice something has become damaged and we will take steps to correct the situation.


Do you clean carpets?
Yes, by special arrangement only.


How do I pay for your services?
At this time we can only accept cash or checks. Credit card services will be available in the future.
